How to operate it is extremely simple:
- Tamp two scoops of freshly ground fine coffee into the filter basket.
- Attach the portafilter and add hot water to the water tank.
- Flip the device upside down over the cup, rotate the piston into standby position, then start pumping for perfect espresso every time.
