To benefit from the warranty, you must bring the original invoice.
The warranty does not cover (misuse – cutting – breakage – the product being opened in an abnormal condition – failure to follow operating instructions – exposure of the product to water if it is not waterproof – any external maintenance – total or partial failure of the device to work if accessories incompatible with the device’s features are used).

The warranty for products offered as gifts from Cube Store is returned to the agent.
If you purchase a package or bundle, the warranty only covers the product that is defective.
If the product is inspected and it is found that the product needs maintenance, the product maintenance will be carried out.
If the product is inspected and found to be completely non-functional, it will be replaced with a new product.
If the product is inspected and it is found to be subject to misuse, cuts, or breakage not covered by the warranty, or if the product appears to be sound after inspection, the product will be reshipped to the customer.
The customer bears the shipping costs for product inspection.
If the product to be replaced under warranty is not available at any ofthe Mukaab branchesor through the website, the customer will be contacted to inform them that the product is unavailable and to choose an alternative product after deducting the usage period.
The fair use charge is calculated at 5% of the product value at the time of purchase for each month starting from the date of purchase, not exceeding 80% of the product value.

Please note that the inspection period is from 7 to 14 working days during official working hours from the date we receive the shipment.
