Terms and conditions for pre-order

Terms and Conditions:

1. Pre-booking begins on 12/9/2025 and ends on 19/9/2025

2. Shipping to customers will begin on 9/21/2025.

3. Each customer is entitled to only one device per account during the pre-paid reservation period, and Mukaab Company has the right to cancel any order if the terms and conditions are violated.

4. Once the order is completed, it cannot be modified, but it can be cancelled, noting that we do not guarantee product availability.

5. Delivery time depends on the city and product availability. Please note that the deadline for customer order pickup is October 5, 2025. If the order is not delivered by this date, the customer is entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

6. The above terms and conditions depend on the agent's commitment to provide the items on the specified date.

7. Cube Store is not responsible if the supplier agent delays, cancels, or changes any of the orders, and the customer has the right to a refund of any amounts paid in advance, and the company is not obligated to provide any compensation.
